Ambassador Michael Armacost Advocates Exchange Programs with North Korea to end Nuclear Program

We have no representation in North Korea. We basically have no means to pursue the strategy.” Instead, Armacost supports exchange programs with North Korea as a strategy to end the North Korean nuclear program.
