U.S. News and World Report: 82% of Afghans Support Peace Efforts

March 7, 2012 — An op-ed in U.S. News and World Report cites The Asia Foundation’s Afghanistan in 2011: A Survey of the Afghan People. According to the survey, 82 percent of Afghans support peace, reconciliation and negotiation efforts with armed opposition groups. The story was also picked up by Chicago Tribune.
