A fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations and former director of The Asia Foundation’s Center for U.S.-Korea Policy, Snyder writes: “South Korea’s contributions to and influence on the international community are expanding, creating opportunities for expanded partnership, in both functional and geographic scope.” Read more.
