The World Affairs Council of Northern California is pleased to announce the return of the Consul General Luncheon Series. Members of the World Affairs Council and the public will engage with local Consuls General while building relationships and learning more about events in key countries. Four Consuls General from the San Francisco Consular Corps representing China, India, Brazil and Australia will discuss various topics that relate to both their respective countries and the US.
The Honorable Gao Zhansheng, Consul General of the People’s Republic of China, will be the first guest of this year’s series. Consul General Gao will discuss China’s economic rise and the implications for US-China relations.
