2010-2011 Luce Scholar

Lynsey Gaudioso received her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in 2010. A recipient of the Chancellor’s Scholarship, she designed her own interdisciplinary major in Environmental Science and Policy, in addition to a second major in Mathematics. During her time as an undergraduate student, Lynsey interned with South Africa’s Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, where she drafted policy proposals and conducted research related to the environmental impact of marine invasive species, and with The Climate Project, a non-profit organization that works to educate the public about climate change. Lynsey spent her 2010-2011 Luce year at Centre of Live and Learn for Environment and Community in Hanoi, Vietnam.
