The Asia Foundation

Jaime Chua has served as The Asia Foundation's senior director for Public Sector Development Services. His prior position was assistant director for Programs. His work history includes ten years at Agricultural Cooperative Development International, an agricultural economic development firm where he served as regional representative for Asia, and country director for the Philippines, Mongolia, Cambodia, and Indonesia respectively. He is a certified public accountant and was Chief Financial Officer for the Philippines National Council on Integrated Area Development.

Education: BS in Accounting from Far Eastern University, Masters in Applied Economics from University of Asia and the Pacific, and Doctorate in Management and Organizational Economics from Case Western Reserve University.
