Tim Graczewski leads Global Customer Care for QuickBooks Online, Intuit's cloud-based financial management solution. Prior to his current leadership role, Tim led product management for QuickBooks and Payroll outside of the United States and served as director of strategy and corporate development. Prior to joining Intuit, Tim was director of global alliances and corporate development at Oracle Corporation, where he led a number of critical business initiatives, including the post-merger integration of the PeopleSoft and Siebel alliance teams. Tim began his career as a senior consultant in the aerospace & defense team at management consultant Booz Allen Hamilton. He is also a reserve intelligence officer in the United States Navy. In 2010, he served as the lead economic development officer in NATO's Regional Command – South in Kandahar, Afghanistan.
Tim holds a master's degree in international relations and economics from The Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
