[Video] Tom Parks Discusses Conflict and Fragile Conditions in Asia

Asia today, compared to the last century, is remarkably peaceful. But there are still a number of pockets of Asia which are affected by long term, very violent conflict. The difference between now and the past, is that these are now mostly internal, sub-national conflicts and affect nearly the whole of South and Southeast Asia, says Tom Parks, The Asia Foundation’s regional director for Conflict and Governance.
