		<description>The Global Competitveness Report as you have so clearly shown in your analysis can be a tool for gaining a better understanding of the factors that shape or impinge on the development efforts in the country; and thus point to further opportunities as well as threats to its continuing progress. 

I hope Philippine media picks up and shows a lot more depth as well  in their presentation and analysis of the findings of international studies like these. Tell everyone about the good news, sure. But tell them also what can be done to keep the good news coming.</description>
