Extrajudicial Killings Still Continue one year after “Maguindanao Massacre”

November 23, 2010 — An article in Philippine Daily Inquirer highlights a speech that lawyer Al Parreño gave to a training of journalists in the Philippines. Parreño disclosed that extrajudicial killings continued mainly because of the government’s failure to address the problem squarely.
