VOA News: Kim McQuay Discusses Thailand’s Decentralization of Power

March 29, 2011 — A wire story on Voice of America features The Asia Foundation’s 2010 National Survey of the Thai Electorate: Exploring National Consensus and Color Polarization as finding strong support for the decentralization of power as a way to end the political polarization in the country. Asia Foundation’s representative in Thailand, Kim McQuay, explained “The dominant view has been that Thailand and the Thai polity is deeply divided.
