Six months after the Tohoku Disaster, Japan is still struggling to recover from the unprecedented nature and scale of the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear power crisis, which occurred in quick succession. A distinguished panel will discuss the engagement of various non-governmental actors in helping Japan to recover, some of the key lessons learned, and the challenges that lie ahead.
