Asia Foundation Counter-Trafficking Expert Nandita Baruah Leads Anti-TIP Roundable for USAID Administrator Rajiv Shah’s Visit to Nepal

March 4, 2014 — On February 26, The Asia Foundation’s Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Chief of Party and leading expert on counter-trafficking issues in South and Southeast Asia Nandita Baruah moderated a five-member panel to provide USAID Administrator Rajiv Shah a candid assessment of Nepal’s human trafficking problem during his multi-sector visit to Kathmandu on February 25-26. Roundtable highlights are featured in USAID Nepal’s Democracy & Governance Office (DGO) Weekly Report for February 23 to March 1, 2014.
