Rafia Khan has worked as Team Manager with The Asia Foundation’s Access to Justice Project since November 2013. She joined the Foundation in April 2012 as Senior Program Officer with the Citizens’ Voice Project.
Rafia’s experience in the sector, spanning over 11 years, includes working with international organizations such as UN Women and IUCN – The World Conservation Union as well as national organizations, on projects funded by various donors including The British Council, Embassy for the Kingdom of the Netherlands, USAID, DFATD (formerly CIDA) and the Norwegian Embassy. She has worked in the areas of value chain development, gender, governance, education and environmental education and awareness raising.
Education: Rafia holds master’s degrees in Social Policy from the University of York and in International Relations from the University of Karachi. In addition, she has completed a course in humanistic counseling certified by the CPCAB, UK.
