Legal & Justice Reform in the Philippines
The Asia Foundation advances the rule of law as it is fundamental to a just, prosperous, and democratic society. For over 25 years, the Foundation has led efforts to strengthen the rule of law in the Philippines through strategic reforms that promote efficiency in the administration of justice, build the capacity of justice actors, and increase access to justice. The Foundation works closely with courts and other justice sector organizations at the national and local levels to institutionalize legal reforms.
