Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning, Mongolia

Naran Munkhbat is manger for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) in Mongolia. Naran leads the development of MEL plans and approaches, builds capacity of staff and partners on Monitoring and Evaluation, and supports teams on data collection and tools. She advises project teams on conducting performance monitoring of partners, project evaluations. Naran previously worked for the Foundation on anti-trafficking, anti-corruption, women’s empowerment programs and others for six years. She also brings vast experience in project management including project design and implementation. Prior to rejoining the Foundation, she served as monitoring, evaluation and learning specialist for Mongolia: Enhancing Resource Management through Institutional Transformation, implemented by Catalyste+.

Education: Naran holds a master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from University of Melbourne, a master’s degree in Gender Studies from the Central European University and a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from the National University of Mongolia.
