George Varughese and Steven Rood Speak at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace

George Varughese and Steven Rood, our country representatives from Nepal and the Philippines, respectively, in cooperation with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, led a discussion “Moving from Theory to Practice on Political Approaches to Development.” In a new video, they present specific country implications of political economy on the way Asia Foundation programs have been run in Afghanistan, Nepal, and the Philippines.
