Asia Foundation Hosts Singapore’s Ambassador to the U.S.

On July 9, The Asia Foundation hosted Singapore’s ambassador to the U.S., Ashok Kumar Mirpuri, for a special dinner at its San Francisco headquarters. Mr. Mirpuri discussed ASEAN and regional integration, the “haze” crisis, what it means to be Singaporean, and Singapore’s strong economy and low unemployment.
