The Asia Foundation Releases Rido Handbook in the Philippines

At a ceremony in Quezon City, Philippines, The Asia Foundation released a new handbook that informs police and peacekeepers about rido (family/clan conflicts). The book offers a toolkit on rido prevention and resolution, providing useful, real life case studies. “Preventing RIDO” is particularly timely as police officers in the region are expected to soon assume a greater role in law enforcement functions.
