New Report Examines Hydropower Development in Nepal

To shed light on this crisis, The Asia Foundation and its local partner, Niti Foundation, just released a new paper that examines the potential of hydropower development in Nepal and the politics of tariff restricting, and points the way to a disciplined, practical approach to policy reform within a broader political context.
