In the Hague Journal on the Rule of Law Asia Foundation law experts Debra Ladner and Erik Jensen examine the concept of legal identity in the developing country context and its potential implications for a diverse and expansive range of development issues. The paper was inspired by and based on research conducted in Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Nepal by the Foundation with funding from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Read more.
