Asia Foundation, MoneyGram Donate Books to Typhoon-Affected Areas of Philippines

The Asia Foundation’s Books for Asia program just announced a partnership with the MoneyGram Foundation to donate over 6,000 books to 10 elementary schools and five colleges in Cebu, Philippines, an area still rebuilding after the devastating Typhoon Haiyan struck the area in November 2013. In the past year, MoneyGram has donated over 28,000 books to more than 30 schools throughout the Philippines. Read more.
