New Paper on Informal Economy in Ulaanbaatar
November 4, 2015
The Asia Foundation just released a new paper from Mongolia, “The Informal Economy in Ulaanbaatar: Policy Options to Promote Growth in the Ger Areas,” which focuses on the economic environment of the capital city’s unplanned settlements – an area in which until now very little research has been done. The paper is part of an ongoing working paper series developed in partnership with the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). Download full paper.
