Addressing Gender-Based Violence in a Changing World

On November 30, The Asia Foundation, University Research Co., World Vision, Knowledge for Health (K4Health), Chemonics, Banyan Global, ACDI/VOCA, Promundo, and WI-HER held an online conversation, “Addressing Gender-Based Violence in a Changing World” to mark the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence Campaign (#16Days). Development and health experts and justice and community activists will join in a day of conversation on the issues surrounding gender-based violence.

The event garnered significant engagement on social media: more than 160 people participated directly in the day-long tweetchat, and the tweetchat reached an estimated 1.79 million people.
