Business Analyst and FP&A Functional Expert

The Asia Foundation’s Finance department is seeking a business analyst and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) functional expert. Reporting to the director of Budget Services, they will provide essential support, implementation, and management of FP&A. 

We are seeking a highly motivated, driven, and intellectually curious business analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a wide range of analytical tasks, contributing directly to our FP&A systems transformation roadmap. You will play a critical role in implementation, driving key initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that enhance our financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This position will report to the director of Budget Services and work closely with the director of Business Information Services.
