Junior Associate, Strategic Partnerships

The Asia Foundation’s Strategic Partnerships unit seeks a Junior Associate (JA) to work in our San Francisco, CA office during the summer 2024 program period from June 24, 2024 to September 13, 2024.

During the 12-week program, the JA will help advance the Foundation’s work in several critical programmatic areas that receive funding from private sector donors, including scholarships for women and girls, digital upskilling, workforce readiness, and climate resilience. Working cross-functionally with program units, country offices, monitoring, evaluation, and learning, as well as the private sector partnerships team, the JA will support the development of impact and reporting metrics for these programs and thereby contribute to the development of the program strategy. They will also lead the development of tools for tracking impact metrics, donor reporting, and program management. The JA will also support work on proposal development and donor research.
