The Asia Foundation is implementing the Nabilan Program: Ending Violence Against Women in Timor-Leste under a grant agreement with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Phase III of the Nabilan Program is expected to run from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2026. The Nabilan end-of-program outcomes are: women and children experiencing violence are supported with consistently high-quality services, and individuals, communities, and institutions act to prevent violence against women and children.
