The Asia Foundation’s Resource Development unit seeks a senior grant writer and donor stewardship officer.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in proposal writing, program design, reviewing proposals from country offices, and writing materials for an external audience. For drafting and reviewing draft proposals, the senior grant writer and donor stewardship officer is expected to be well-versed in the Foundation’s core programmatic theme areas and know current issues, events, trends, and practices of corporate, foundation, and other private sector partnerships. The senior grant writer and donor stewardship officer is also expected to be experienced in designing and writing proposals, understand the philanthropic landscape regarding international development, and have a demonstrated passion for The Asia Foundation’s mission. The candidate demonstrates creative thinking and a teamwork approach to achieve a shared vision.
