Women’s Empowerment Program: Call for CVs

The Asia Foundation is a nonprofit international development organization committed to improving lives across a dynamic and developing Asia. Informed by six decades of experience and deep local expertise, our programs address critical issues affecting Asia in the 21st century—governance and law, economic development, women’s empowerment, environment, and regional cooperation.
Our women’s empowerment program maintains a database of international development professionals that can be selected for various opportunities, often on short notice. Successful consultants often have graduate-level training, significant international experience, and a depth of expertise in women’s empowerment and gender equality programming.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- At least four years of experience working on women’s empowerment and/or gender equality;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity;
- Ability to work as part of a team; and
- Emphasis on results.
Experience or knowledge of the Asia-Pacific region is strongly preferred.
