Leaders on the Frontlines: Asia’s Leaders of Today and Tomorrow

The Development Fellows program reflects The Asia Foundation’s six-decade tradition of investing in the region’s most promising future leaders. Each year, the program selects 12 emerging leaders under 40 from across Asia, working on the frontlines on Asia’s most critical development challenges. Today, for example, fellow Kotchakorn Voraakhom is solving urban flooding in Thailand, which is subject to increased risk of deadly flooding and disasters due to climate change and rapid urbanization. Meet the 2018 Asia Foundation Development Fellows working to solve Asia’s most pressing issues.
