New Report Examines Cambodian Citizens’ Views on Democracy

CambodiaDemocracySurveyDespite significant growth and poverty reduction over the last decade and measured improvement in citizens’ ability to function within a democracy, Cambodians say their country is heading in the wrong direction and are demanding better performance in government service delivery, according to The Asia Foundation’s “Democracy in Cambodia – 2014: A Survey of the Cambodian Electorate.” This is the Foundation’s third national public opinion poll in Cambodia since 2000.
