Digital Rights Advocate, Philippines



Mac Andre Arboleda is a cultural worker, publisher, and digital rights advocate. He is the Founding President of the UP Internet Freedom Network, a nonprofit organization in the Philippines committed to digital rights advocacy through educational discussions, information campaigns, and special projects. He is also co-founder and project lead of the Artists for Digital Rights Network, an alliance of artists and advocates dedicated to supporting cultural practitioners working on digital rights issues in Asia-Pacific. Arboleda is a fellow at the Salzburg Global Seminar, the World Urban Parks Emerging Urban Leaders program, and the Australia Council for the Arts International Future Leaders program.
