Program Administration Officer, Malaysia

Mazreen Noordin is a program administration officer with The Asia Foundation in Malaysia, with five years of experience in impact programs. She works with the Go Digital ASEAN and Australia Malaysia Reform Partnership program teams. Her career began at Biji-biji Initiative, a Malaysian social enterprise championing sustainability, where her passion for environmental, social, and governance programs grew. As the Sustainable Project Management Lead and Consultant, Mazreen worked on the in-house sustainability framework and managed external client projects. Before joining The Asia Foundation, Mazreen was partnership lead for Business Development and Sales at a local PR agency. There, she engaged various social enterprises, startups, and MSMEs with stories untold and ultimately translated these connections into tangible branding results. Mazreen truly believes that these businesses and entrepreneurs bring into the market impacts of social, environmental, and economy—that everyone and anyone can contribute and inspire greatness. She enjoys discovering the links in daily business operations and the impact that they can create, instigating changes as there is always a story to tell to spark actions provoking more actions above and beyond, a ripple effect to building a better Malaysia.
