Pankaj is co-founder and CEO of GramHeet, a social enterprise that aims to increase smallholder farmers’ income by providing integrated post-harvest services through a digital platform. Before GramHeet, he served for three years in the corporate social responsibility department at Tata Steel, working with tribal farmers to promote and strengthen their livelihoods. Pankaj holds a master’s degree in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, where he was a gold medalist and Awarded ‘Right Livelihood Shield’ for livelihood promotion and social innovation. He is a Caux Scholar 2018, Social Alpha Entrepreneurs for Impact Fellow 2019, and Acumen India Fellow 2020.
