Capacity Assessment of Elected Women Representatives

Within the Australian Government-The Asia Foundation Partnership, Samjhauta Nepal, is implementing a mixed-method needs assessment to identify the skills, capacity and operational knowledge of locally elected women representatives. The study will lead to the development of training/skills curricula that are responsive to leadership needs of elected representatives.
