The current freeze to foreign assistance means critical programs protecting and supporting women and girls are at immediate risk. To urgently bridge the gap in funding, we aim to raise $250,000 by the end of February. We need your help.

Here are three examples of critical needs and how you can make a real difference.

  • Combating violence in Sri Lanka: An organization providing critical services to women and girls experiencing violence is struggling to continue its vital work. Without an influx of funds, they cannot provide emergency shelters, counseling, legal support, and crisis intervention.
  • Legal Aid Clinics in Laos: Three clinics providing essential legal aid for survivors of violence and trafficking are at risk of closure. 41 open cases, including those against perpetrators of violence and human trafficking, would continue without legal representation.
  • Technology scholars in Cambodia: 38 women scholars face dropping out in their third year of a four-year program due to suspended funding. School fees and living expenses are needed to continue their studies.

Even though funding is halted, critical needs persist. Help women and girls in Asia and the Pacific today.
