Indiah has been part of Rifka Annisa Women’s Crisis Center Indonesia’s counseling team since 2011, managing and developing networked assistance services for women and victims of gender‐based violence both at the provincial and national levels in Indonesia and developing various gender‐based violence prevention programs. Some of her experiences include developing counseling techniques for victims of gender‐based violence and male perpetrators, strengthening Integrated Service Units for the Protection of Women and Children in several provinces in Indonesia, strengthening sexual violence handling services on campuses, companies, and religious institutions, as well as facilitators for gender‐based violence issues, disability issues, the gender transformative approach, the gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI) approach, and developing male involvement programs to end gender‐based violence.
