Minseo Ju is a seasoned development practitioner with proficiency in interpretation across a diverse range of sectors. Over the past 13 years, she has contributed her expertise to the private, public, and UN domains. Her skill set encompasses digital development, program/project management, and strategic partnerships. She is passionate about integrating technologies in the development field and fostering effective development programs through cross‐sector collaborations. Currently, Minseo Ju serves as the Director/Head of the Ulsan International Development Cooperation Center (IDCC). She assumed the inaugural directorship of this newly established institution as its youngest and only female head. She previously held positions at UNICEF, the KOICA Bangladesh Office, UNEP, and Samsung Electronics. She earned a master’s degree in development management from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Yonsei University.
