Faye Sahai

Faye Sahai is an innovation leader with extensive experience overseeing strategic initiatives at companies such as AIG, Blue Shield, Deloitte, Schwab, Vinaj Ventures and Kaiser Permanente. She served as AIG’s Global Head of Advanced Technology, Digital Business and Employee Experience, and was an executive advisor for AIG’s Global Women in Technology and UP Upward Professionals. Faye was the leader of Kaiser Permanente Innovation and Advanced Technology, Women in Technology and Women Embracing Life and Leadership. 

She is an innovation adviser to various start-ups & accelerators and serves on multiple boards, including Smithsonian Libraries and Archives, CMC Berger Research Institute and ANA.  

Faye has been recognized by several organizations for her leadership, including the Power 100, Women of Influence, Insurance Business Hot 100, and Computer World’s Top Premier IT Leaders. 

Faye holds a bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College, an MBA from UCLA and Distinguished Careers Institute Fellow from Stanford.
