Jennifer Cabalquinto

Jennifer Cabalquinto is the chief financial officer for Empire, bringing over 25 years of finance leadership experience across diverse business environments. Previously, she served as CFO for the Golden State Warriors, overseeing financial planning, accounting, treasury operations, IT, and procurement.
Jennifer is deeply engaged in her community, serving on the boards of the Boys and Girls Club of Oakland, KQED, and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the audit committee for Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics (LEAP) and an advisor to San Francisco State University’s College of Business and SUNY Binghamton’s School of Management.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton’s School of Management. Cabalquinto resides in Oakland with her husband, Howard Joyce, and their son, Jack.
