Marlene Pelage

Marlene Pelage is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience across Financial Services, Private Equity, and Media/Advertising industries. She is currently CFO of Gen II Fund Services, the largest independent private capital fund administrator in the U.S. 

Marlene previously served as Global CFO of IPG Mediabrands, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar budget across 130 countries. She also held key executive roles at Charles Schwab, including CFO of several subsidiaries, and spent over a decade in Project Finance and Equity Derivatives at Crédit Agricole. 

A compassionate leader and trailblazer, Marlene excels at driving results and navigating complex global markets. She holds a master’s degree in Management from ESCP Business School, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Drexel University, and a CFA charter. She also completed the Securities Industry Institute Program at Wharton Business School.
