Women’s Voice and Leadership – Sri Lanka: Partner Reflections on a Five-Year Journey is a 30-minute documentary featuring eleven women’s rights organizations with the Women’s Voice and Leadership Sri Lanka project. It outlines their efforts to address critical women’s rights and empowerment issues such as sexual and gender-based violence at the community level, women’s economic vulnerability, women’s community participation and decision-making, problems faced by women of diverse identities, and the promotion and protection of women’s rights through awareness-raising and advocacy efforts. The documentary highlights the feminist approaches these organizations use and their tangible outcomes, as voiced by women in their communities.
