Honorees have the opportunity to spend time with youth from Project Bridge, an annual year-long intercultural outreach program for high school juniors/seniors from diverse backgrounds whose teachers have identified them as future leaders. The students attend workshops on topics such as building and strengthening leadership skills and intercultural understanding. The highlight of Project Bridge is a fully subsidized ten-day study tour in Korea that includes a home stay with local high school students.
