The Asia Foundation’s TriDeP Mentors Disaster Responders in the Philippines
The Philippines’ Department of Foreign Affairs recently highlighted The Asia Foundation’s India-U.S. Triangular Development Partnership (TriDeP) during a training session in India. The event trained 40 Philippine health professionals in telemedicine and psychosocial care.

Demand-driven programs are implemented through the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) and the Asia Foundation; and India’s MEA and Indian centers of excellence. TriDeP focuses on the three areas of Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Smart Agriculture, and RenewableEnergy.
The India-U.S. Triangular Development Partnership (TriDeP) is aimed at enhancing India’s development cooperation footprint in the Indo-Pacific and achieving shared goals for the development of the region.
